    No. We work for projects, focused on low-income public schools promoting education and health, and directed by our Ambassadors and Missionaries.

    No. Everyone is invited to be part of the projects. We have a place for you to develop your talent and passion.
  • Do we only work with children?
    No. We also include their family, as a fundamental basis for success of our programs.
  • What activities are carried out?
    The projects are elaborated according to the skills of the volunteers, these can be medical and dental assistance, sports, music, crafts, reading and interpretation, emotions workshops, painting and art, games, tutoring workshops in official subjects, agriculture, kitchen; And the list can continue. Tell us what you like and we adapt them.
  • What is the ABC of the proyects?
    Take the course for ambassadors that is on the Foundation's page. Choose a community or school that has previously evaluated and confirmed needs. Confirm permits with the corresponding authorities to carry out the project. Collect the human resources (invite your friends and family to be part of the project) and financial resources (ask for donations from businesses, institutions, individuals) necessary, based on the preparation of a detailed and real budget that covers every detail of the Project. Smiles will provide a part of the financial resources, after having agreed on the budget. Coordinate the Smiles Team (Volunteer Work) to carry out the event, delegating to them the responsibility of directing workshops, games, classes, seminars, etc. Take promotional photos & videos of the Project to promote obtaining more resources for upcoming events and thank those who collaborated. Flood social networks with the event held locally, as well as sharing the events in all parts of the world that are taking place with the slogan: This is Smiles. Evaluate the project.   • What is the purpose of the proyects?
    Supply basic needs of food, education and medical-dental care. Offer the child and his family a day where he feels special, cared for and loved.   • How do I organize a proyect?
    Here we leave you a basic idea to motivate your heart to do what you have dreamed of: It is recommended that at least 3 months before your project you: Ask for the necessary permits Make a budget Assemble a team Collect the resources It is recommended that at least 1 month before your project you: Invites those you wish to impact. Example of the agenda for the day of the event: 8:00 am - Arrive at the venue. Organize, decorate, install, etc. 9:45 am - Welcome Songs with movements Games to break the ice Alternative: Clowns, puppets. 10:15 am - Division by groups - workshops Those will depend on the need or ages of the guests. Depending on the number of participants will be the rotation and duration. Example: 25 minutes per workshop - 5 minutes of rotation.   • What do the projects consist of?
    We propose (minimum) three specific projects for this year. The dates of these will be chosen according to the local calendar of each Country. CHILDREN'S DAY – program, hot chocolate, medical & dental care, games, crafts, delivery of gifts or school bags. BACK TO SCHOOL – delivery of school bags and/or school supplies to schools with a low-income and who are in need. SHOE BOX – delivery of gifts at Christmas time that meets the basic needs of affected children. Suggested date December.
  • What does a Smiles Ambassador do?
    They are volunteers who work as a team with the Smiles Foundation and its entire network of volunteers in carrying out events with community impact in their local communities and schools. Through a minimum of 3 annual events, the Ambassadors carry out projects focused on promoting education, offering medical assistance and teaching values ​​for life. These events are sponsored by a joint effort of the Ambassador and Smiles.
  • Who are the smiles ambassadors?
    People with a passionate heart to serve others, especially focused on children and their families. People who work as a team with the Smiles Foundation and its entire network of volunteers in carrying out community impact events, where they live. People with the responsibility of dreaming, planning, structuring and executing local events that meet the objectives and vision of Smiles. People who become Event Coordinators with the authority to obtain funds, materials and resources necessary to run the events. Committed people who promote the Smiles Educational Medical Brigades in different parts of the world, coordinating Churches, schools or universities that wish to participate in these Projects as Volunteer Missionaries. People who promote long-term Missionary Volunteers (6 to 12 months) to be part of Smiles in different parts of the world as Missionary Ambassadors. People who promote events of Motivation, Training and Personal Improvement in all areas of life, focused on the spiritual development of people in Universities, Schools, Churches or various Institutions offered by Dr. Gustavo Squarzon. People committed to the leadership of their local Church, not only by attending their Church but also by becoming actively involved in its plans and activities. People who are serious about personal development in all areas of their lives; physical, emotional, and spiritual.
  • How to be a Smiles Ambassador?

  • What are the benefits of being a Smiles Ambassador?
    Some of the benefits you can enjoy by being an ambassador are: Participate in leadership training through digital platforms with Gustavo Squarzon and other leaders of the Youth Ministry, Community Service and Urban Impact. Participate in Educational Medical Projects anywhere in the world where Smiles is carrying out a project with access to a discount for being part of the Smiles Leadership Team. Promotional incentives from the Smiles Foundation (t-shirts, etc.) Ambassadors Meeting. Once a year Smiles will hold an Ambassadors Meeting at the Smiles Amazonas Camp, where you can participate. Smiles will take care of all your personal expenses (accommodation, meals, materials, projects) and you will only buy your plane ticket to reach your destination.
  • Does it cost anything to be a Smiles Ambassador?
    Yes, of course! Just as everything that is done in order to impact the world, leaving a mark on future generations and impact the lives of hundreds of children and their families has a cost.   • What does a Smiles Missionary do?

It is a joint effort where the Smiles Foundation undertakes to cover the personal and material expenses necessary for the activities and, for its part, the Missionary pays for their mobility expenses from their place of residence to the project site.

  • Why do I have to pay?
    Smiles has no administrative costs, 99% of the money is directed to the project and the child(ren). All of us who participate in Smiles only pay for personal expenses, lodging, food and transportation to the place.
  • What is a Smiles Trip?
    They are missionary-educational trips of approximately 10 days where you participate with a group of volunteers from all over the world carrying out programs, workshops and educational activities combined with medical and dental assistance. The participating volunteer pays his own expenses for transportation, food and accommodation; being the Smiles Foundation who organizes and coordinates all the details so that the volunteer can concentrate on enjoying this unique and wonderful experience.
